The Classic Joeyo is gender gear, designed to hold a prosthetic penis in place. It is a fabric pouch with an O-ring hole on the front and a hood on top. The Joeyo is designed so the shaft extends from through the O-ring and hangs, while the balls sit inside the pouch. The Joey is held in place by a locking head pin or by our Packing belt.

Classic Joeys work well with packers that have an average shaft (1.5”-2” diameter), balls smaller than 2” (measured from the bottom of the shaft to the base of the packer), softer, less dense packers and average size packers such as Mr. Limpy, Sailor, Masho, Mr. Right.
