Because of the personal nature of Joeys, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing flaw.  Joeys are individually inspected before they are mailed out.

If there is something wrong with your Joey, please send a photo showing the issue, as well as your name and order number to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
