For Canada, Australia, UK and the US, we offer free Tracked Shipping for orders of $100 or more.

Because of delays with shipping to the UK, we now only offer tracked shipping. We recognize that is expensive, and we're also frustrated by shipping speeds.  Please go to https://genderswap.org/shop or Trans Shop UK to order your Joeys directly if you are in the UK. We believe this is a great solution for everyone.

The small packet option is not tracked and we cannot give you a tracking number.

Tracked packages take 7-10 business days to ship,

International Small Packet will take 25-30 business days.
